The Moments was a surprise latecomer to The Difference. In the closing months leading up to the recording I’d pretty much discarded the song to focus in on finishing some of the others, and I’d not really thought much more of it until we got into the studio. Bobby had been listening to it and thought it had something, he had an idea for a new bridge. So we played around with it in the studio, tweaked a few things, wrote some lyrics and here we are. A co-write with Bobby Hartry.
The Moments is about recognising and finding God’s faithfulness in the everyday, the moments, the time between the times.
